Vendor Partnership Agreement
This Vendor Partnership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Champions United Track & Field Series ("Event Organizer") and the undersigned Vendor ("Vendor").
1. Vendor Partnership
Champions United agrees to provide the Vendor with reserved vendor space during the selected 2027 Champions United Meet(s) purchased through this registration.

2. Vendor Responsibilities
The Vendor agrees to:
- Provide all tables, chairs, tents, displays, signage, and equipment required for their vendor space.
- Provide all electrical power, generators, extension cords, and internet/Wi-Fi access needed for their operations.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safe vendor area throughout the event.
- Comply with all Champions United event policies and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
3. Electrical Power, Generators & Propane
Electrical power, extension cords, generators, propane tanks, tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, and internet access are NOT provided by Champions United.
Vendors choosing to operate generators or propane equipment are solely responsible for complying with all applicable Georgia laws, regulations, permits, licensing requirements, fire codes, and insurance requirements.
Generators must operate safely and may not produce excessive noise, fumes, or exhaust that interfere with athletes, spectators, officials, or neighboring vendors.

4. Vendor Marketplace
Vendor Partners may be featured on the official Meet Our Vendors page within the Champions United Meet Day mobile experience.
The Meet Day page is accessed by athletes, coaches, spectators, and guests through QR codes displayed on event wristbands and throughout the venue.
While Champions United provides this additional promotional opportunity, placement does not guarantee website traffic, customer visits, or sales.
5. Event Operations
Champions United reserves the right to:
- Adjust vendor locations when necessary due to operational needs, weather, safety concerns, or venue requirements.
- Inspect generators or propane equipment.
- Require modification or removal of equipment creating unsafe conditions or excessive disruption.
- Remove any Vendor that fails to comply with event policies without refund.
6. Cancellation & Transfers
Vendor Partnership Registration fees are non-refundable unless a Champions United Meet is canceled by Champions United.
If a Vendor cannot attend a scheduled Champions United Meet, Champions United may, at its sole discretion, allow the reservation to be transferred to another 2027 Champions United Meet, subject to availability.
7. Liability & Indemnification
The Vendor assumes full responsibility for all products, equipment, personnel, displays, inventory, and property associated with its business.
Champions United, its officers, staff, volunteers, venue owners, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for theft, loss, damage, personal injury, or other claims arising from Vendor participation.
The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Champions United from all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from the Vendor's participation.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the complete understanding between the Vendor and Champions United regarding participation in the selected Champions United Meet(s) and supersedes all prior verbal or written agreements.
