Vendor Space Rental Agreement & Payment

ELECTRICAL POWER & CORDS / PROPANE TANKS / TABLES / CHAIRS / WIFI AND  INTERNET ARE NOT PROVIDED

Vendors are responsible for their electrical power equipment, such as generators and Wi-Fi internet access. To operate a generator or propane tank as a vendor, you must adhere to Georgia's rules, regulations, and laws, as well as the proper licensing and liability insurance. Generators cannot be loud and produce excess exhaust that disturbs our customers, athletes, and other vendors (laws for the state of Georgia—https://rules.sos.ga.gov/gac/120-3-16).

  Note: Vendor name, agreement date, vendor and event addresses will be added to this     agreement for your review and signature upon form submission.

This Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on [Date] between [Vendor Name], having a business address at [Vendor Address] ("Vendor"), and the Champions United Track & Field Series, with a business address at [Event Address] ("Event Organizer").

AGREEMENT

1. Event Details:

- Event Name: Champions United Track & Field Series

- Event Date: [Event Date will be added to your agreement upon payment and submission.]

2. Vendor Space Rental:

- The Event Organizer agrees to provide the Vendor with [specify size and location] vendor space at the event for the purpose of selling goods and services during the Champions United Track & Field Series.

- The Vendor is responsible for their own electrical power equipment like generators and ensuring proper wifi internet access for their operations during the event.

3. Compliance with Regulations:

- The Vendor acknowledges and agrees to adhere to all rules, regulations, and laws of the state of Georgia in relation to operating a generator or propane tank at the event.

- It is the Vendor's responsibility to obtain any necessary licenses, permits, and liability insurance required by the state of Georgia for the operation of generators or propane tanks at the event.

4. Generator Usage Regulations:

- The Vendor shall ensure that any generators used at the event comply with the noise level restrictions and emission standards outlined in the laws of the state of Georgia (reference: https://rules.sos.ga.gov/gac/120-3-16).

- Generators should not produce excessive noise or exhaust that may disturb customers, athletes, or other vendors participating in the event.

5. Event Organizer's Discretion:

- The Event Organizer reserves the right to inspect the Vendor's generator or propane tank and may request modifications or cessation of use if deemed necessary to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all participants.

6. Indemnification:

- The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Organizer from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the Vendor's operation of generators or propane tanks at the event.

7. Termination:

- Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party at least [number of days] prior to the event date.

8. Entire Agreement:

- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Vendor and the Event Organizer and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

9. Governing Law:

- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Georgia without regard to its conflict of law principles.
