Vendor Partner Agreement
This Vendor Partner Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Champions United Track & Field Series ("Champions United") and the undersigned Vendor Partner ("Vendor").
1. Event Overview
The Champions United Track & Field Series, launched in the spring of 2023, is a professionally organized, high-energy event series created by coaches for coaches, athletes, families, and the community.
Designed for youth, middle school, high school, and open competitors, Champions United Meets bring together outstanding athletes from across Georgia and surrounding states in a fast-paced, professionally managed competition environment.
Champions United Meets are recognized for their efficient scheduling, on-time execution, competitive atmosphere, and positive event experience for athletes, coaches, spectators, and Vendor Partners.
2. Vendor Partner Program
Champions United agrees to provide the Vendor with reserved vendor space during the Champions United Meet(s) purchased through the Vendor Partner Program.

The Vendor understands that:

Vendor space locations are assigned by Champions United.

Space assignments are made to provide the best overall event experience.

Tables, chairs, electrical power, extension cords, generators, propane tanks, Wi-Fi, and internet access are not provided by Champions United.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
The Vendor agrees to:

Provide all tents, tables, chairs, displays, signage, generators, extension cords, and other equipment necessary for their vendor space.

Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and safe vendor area throughout each Champions United Meet.

Conduct business in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner.

Comply with all Champions United event policies and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
4. Compliance, Permits & Insurance
The Vendor is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required:
The Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing its business operations.
5. Electrical Power, Generators & Propane
If generators or propane equipment are used, the Vendor agrees to:

Comply with all applicable Georgia safety regulations.

Operate equipment safely and responsibly.

Prevent excessive noise, fumes, smoke, or exhaust that could interfere with athletes, spectators, officials, neighboring Vendor Partners, or the overall event experience.
Electrical power, extension cords, generators, propane tanks, tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, and internet access are not provided by Champions United.

6. Event Operations
Champions United reserves the right to:

Assign or relocate vendor spaces when necessary due to operational needs, weather, safety concerns, or venue requirements.

Inspect vendor setups and equipment.

Require adjustments to equipment or displays for safety or operational reasons.

Remove any Vendor Partner who fails to comply with event policies or creates unsafe conditions. Removal may occur without refund.
7. Vendor Partner Benefits
Vendor Partners may be featured on the official Meet Our Vendors page within the Champions United Meet Day mobile experience.
The Meet Day page is accessed throughout the event by athletes, coaches, spectators, and guests using QR codes displayed on event wristbands and event signage.
This additional exposure is provided as a benefit of participation in the Vendor Partner Program. However, Champions United does not guarantee website traffic, customer visits, leads, or sales.
8. Liability & Indemnification
The Vendor assumes full responsibility for all products, merchandise, equipment, displays, personnel, inventory, and property associated with its business.
The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Champions United Track & Field Series, Champions United LLC, its officers, staff, volunteers, venue owners, sponsors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from the Vendor's participation in any Champions United Meet.
9. Cancellation & Transfers
Vendor Partner Package fees are non-refundable unless a Champions United Meet is canceled by Champions United.
If a Vendor cannot attend a scheduled Champions United Meet, Champions United may, at its sole discretion, allow the Vendor Partner Package to be transferred to another 2027 Champions United Meet, subject to availability and approval.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia.
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the complete understanding between the Vendor and Champions United regarding participation in the selected Champions United Meet(s) and supersedes all prior verbal or written agreements.
