Vendor Space Rental Agreement
This Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Champions United Track & Field Series ("Event Organizer") and the undersigned Vendor ("Vendor").
1. Event Details
The Champions United Track & Field Series, launched in the spring of 2023, is a high-energy, professionally organized event series built by coaches to serve athletes, teams, and the community. Designed for youth, middle school, high school, and open competitors, the series brings together top talent from across Georgia and surrounding areas to compete in a structured, fast-paced, and competitive environment. ChampsU events are known for their efficiency, on-time execution, and electric atmosphere, creating a positive experience for athletes, families, spectators, and vendors alike while promoting growth, exposure, and championship-level performance.
2. Vendor Space
The Event Organizer agrees to provide the Vendor with a designated vendor space for the purpose of selling goods and/or services during the event.
Vendor understands that:
- Space size and placement are assigned by the Event Organizer
- No tables, chairs, electricity, or Wi-Fi are provided
3. Vendor Responsibilities
The Vendor agrees to:
- Provide their own equipment (tent, tables, generators, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and safe area
- Operate in a professional manner at all times
4. Compliance & Permits
Vendor is responsible for:
- All required licenses and permits
- Liability insurance (if required)
- Compliance with all Georgia state laws and regulations
5. Generator & Equipment Use
If using generators or propane:
- Must comply with Georgia safety and noise regulations
- Must not produce excessive noise, fumes, or disruption
6. Event Authority
The Event Organizer reserves the right to:
- Inspect vendor setups
- Require adjustments for safety or compliance
- Remove any vendor not following guidelines
7. Liability & Indemnification
Vendor agrees to hold harmless Champions United Track & Field Series from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the event.
8. Cancellation
Either party may cancel this agreement with written notice prior to the event. Refunds (if any) are at the discretion of the Event Organizer.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the full understanding between both parties and supersedes any prior discussions.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
