Liability Waiver, Media Release, and Intellectual Property Protection

I, , hereby agree to the following terms and conditions for - (hereinafter "I" or "Attendee") to participate in the Champions United Track And Field Series.

In consideration of my participation in the Champions United Track And Field Series and Clinics, I hereby agree and understand as follows:

1. Physical Condition:

I confirm that I am in good physical condition and possess the necessary stamina and health to participate in track and field activities involving intensive running, jumping, and sprinting. I have disclosed to Champions United Track And Field Series all medical conditions or injuries that may affect my ability to engage safely in these activities. I recognize that participation involves inherent risks, and I accept full responsibility for my well-being and any consequences that may arise from participating.

2. Sports Physical Requirement:

I certify that I have undergone a sports physical examination by a licensed physician within the past year, who has cleared me to participate in track and field and other high-intensity sports. I acknowledge the importance of this medical clearance and assure that I am fit to engage in physically demanding activities.

3. Release of Liability:

I hereby release and discharge Champions United Track And Field Series, LLC, its organizers, coaches, officials, volunteers, and affiliated entities from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in the Track And Field Series and Clinics, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any loss, whether arising from the negligence of the released parties or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I acknowledge that I understand the risks inherent in sports and voluntarily assume those risks.

4. Compliance with Rules and Regulations:

I agree to abide by all rules, guidelines, and verbal or written instructions provided by the Champions United Track And Field Series organizers and staff. I understand that failure to comply with these rules may result in my removal from the event without refund.

5. Emergency Treatment Consent:

In the event of a medical emergency during my participation, I authorize Champions United Track And Field Series officials to seek and consent to medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so. I acknowledge that I will be responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.

6. Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Champions United Track And Field Series, LLC, its organizers, coaches, officials, volunteers, and affiliated parties from any claims, actions, damages, or losses arising out of my participation in the event.

Acknowledgment of Understanding:

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Attendee Liability Waiver. I recognize that my participation is contingent upon accepting these provisions.

Media/Photo Release

I, , hereby agree to the following terms and conditions for - - - (hereinafter "I" or "Attendee") during meets in which I participate, for promotional and marketing purposes to promote the Champions United Track & Field Series.

I understand and agree to the following terms:

1. Use of Images: I authorize Champions United Track & Field Series to use images, photographs, or videos taken of during meets and clinics, in which I may be included, for promotional and marketing materials related to the Champions United Track & Field Series.

2. Promotional Purposes: I understand that the images may be used in various promotional materials, including but not limited to, brochures, websites, social media, advertisements, and press releases to promote the Champions United Track & Field Series.

3. Waiver of Rights: I waive any right to approve the finished product or materials that may include images of me. I also waive any right to compensation for the use of these images for promotional purposes by Champions United Track & Field Series.

4. Retention of Rights: I acknowledge that Champions United Track & Field Series retains all rights, title, and interest in any images or photographs used for promotional materials, as outlined in this release.

5. Release: I release Champions United Track & Field Series, its agents, employees, and representatives from any claims or liability in connection with the use of the images as described in this release.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this media/photo release, and I voluntarily grant permission for Champions United Track & Field Series and Clinics to use images taken during meets and clinics for promotional purposes.

Intellectual Property Protection

This Agreement is made effective as of the date of signature (the “Effective Date”), by and between Speed, Sprint, Run Fast Clinic (the “Clinic”), and the undersigned attendee (the “Attendee”).

1. Intellectual Property Protection

The Attendee acknowledges that all materials, presentations, and content provided during the Clinic, including but not limited to training documents, instructional videos, photographs, and any electronic or printed materials (the “Content”), are the intellectual property of the Clinic.

2. Prohibition of Recording Devices

The Attendee agrees that the use of recording devices, including but not limited to:

- Audio recorders,

- Video cameras,

- Smartphones,

- Tablets, and

- Smart glasses (including but not limited to Meta glasses, and all other recording or streaming devices)

is strictly prohibited during all sessions and activities of the Clinic.

4. Use of Devices

Note pads and devices can be used to take notes.

5. No Broadcast or Live Streaming

The Attendee agrees that no live streaming, broadcasting, or any other form of electronic public dissemination of the Clinic's sessions or without the express written consent of the Clinic.

5. Enforcement

The Attendee understands that any violation of this Agreement may result in immediate removal from the Clinic without refund and further action to enforce the rights of the Clinic regarding its intellectual property.

6. Acknowledgment

By signing this Agreement, the Attendee affirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms set forth herein.
